Founded in 1991, BC Architects is a boutique architectural firm with over three decades of experience in design, production, and construction administration. Over the last 33 years, we have established a reputation of excellence; first under the guidance of founding principals Lawrence Cohan and Guido Brito and now, for the last eleven years, under the driving force of Vanessa Jimenez, Terrence Conley and Barbara Rivero. All three principals have been with the firm for more than two decades. 

Establishing solid roots in South Florida’s architectural evolution has enabled us to assemble a proficient, goal-oriented team of professionals whose complementary abilities contribute to a collaborative culmination of multi-generational experiences.

With a repertoire of over 50 projects consisting of mixed-use, high and mid-rise residential, retail, commercial and renovations, we have the experience of larger architectural firms while maintaining the close-knit culture and service-oriented values that were implemented by the firm’s founding principals at the firm’s inception.
