Project managers are an important asset in an architecture firm. Project Managers (PM’s) have various tasks that help keep the flow of work steady, both inside and outside of the office. Tasks PM’s carry out on a daily basis range from consulting with clients, visiting construction sites, monitoring progress, and making sure that staff members have the necessary tools to complete their projects.

In order to be successful, it is important that project managers have the ability to communicate well with their team. They must be willing to work through challenges, give clear directions, and encourage idea sharing. PM’s are results-oriented and are the key to keeping the project team organized and motivated to meet project goals.

Barbara Rivero, Senior Project Manager

Barbara Rivero has over 30 years of experience in the field of architecture and is licensed in the state of Florida. Her skills include: design, production, construction administration, forensic research, building envelope and quality control. Barbara also served as a private provider building inspector for the City of Miami. In addition, she has extensive experience with multiple project types such as: mid- and high-rise residential condominiums, hotels, shopping centers, office buildings, mixed use, government buildings, schools and residential remodeling.

Adrian Mora, Senior Project Manager

Adrian is a licensed Architect in the state of Florida with over 9 years of professional experience in production and management of large multi-family, office, commercial, and mixed-use projects, from concept through construction. In addition to his thorough knowledge in design and applicable code requirements, he has introduced and integrated BIM technology seamlessly into architectural firm standards. Adrian is responsible for the coordination of construction documents, as well as contract administration during construction.

Deborah Weitzman, Project Manager

Deborah Weitzman has over 20 years of progressive professional experience in architecture, space planning and interior design, as well as over seven years of continual experience in remodeling and construction. Deborah has a thorough understanding and expertise in government, residential and commercial projects. She is proficient in the advancement of construction documents to construction administration and through to completion.

Giordy Vazquez, Project Manager

Giordy Vazquez has over 17 years of experience in architectural design, working on various transportation, planning and institutional projects. Giordy has diverse experience in residential and commercial projects. He has worked as Senior Designer and Project Architect, and has earned various design awards. He also has considerable experience in construction administration of several commercial and high-end residential condominium projects.

Joel Evans, Project Manager

Joel Evans is a licensed Architect in the state of Florida and has over 14 years of diversified architectural and engineering experience. He possesses significant experience in the production of conceptual design presentations, schematic and design development drawings, as well as construction documents for large-scale complex projects. Often serving as a project team leader, Joel is involved in directing and mentoring junior staff members. He possesses extensive knowledge of Florida Building Codes and skillfully applies them when developing technical documents.
