Project managers are an important asset in an architecture firm. Project Managers (PM’s) have various tasks that help keep the flow of work steady, both inside and outside of the office. Tasks PM’s carry out on a daily basis range from consulting with clients, visiting construction sites, monitoring progress, and making sure that staff members have the necessary tools to complete their projects.
In order to be successful, it is important that project managers have the ability to communicate well with their team. They must be willing to work through challenges, give clear directions, and encourage idea sharing. PM’s are results-oriented and are the key to keeping the project team organized and motivated to meet project goals.
At BC Architects, our project managers play an essential role in all of our commissions, from beginning to end. They are knowledgeable, dedicated, and passionate about each project they oversee.
