Vanessa Jimenez has over 20 years of experience in production and construction administration of residential, hospitality and mixed-use projects.

Vanessa oversees production of concurrent architectural projects which includes client communication, budgeting, timelines and overall operations.

terrence conley

Principal

Terrence Conley is the firm’s Technology Guru. He has been with BC Architects for 15 years and has extensive experience in architectural design, computer programming, and graphics, and has a passion for integrating technology and architecture to create engaging spaces. Terrence has worked on numerous project types, from residential and retail to historic preservation and education.

His constant research, experimentation and implementation of the latest technologies, presentation methods and building materials ensure the firm continues to deliver outstanding, forward-thinking design.

Historic Preservation / Renovation

BIM

BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a 3D drawing program that allows us to thoroughly illustrate design concepts, details, dimensions and space plans. BIM helps us generate accurate digital models of our projects so clients can clearly visualize their buildings — before construction begins.
